Before and During Treatment Visits

• Before our technician visits, you should vacuum all floors and seal the contents of the bag in a bin liner before disposal, as it will contain fleas and flea eggs
• Remove or cover fish tanks as the insecticide used is very toxic to fish and other aquatic life. Turn off filter pumps
• The insecticide will be applied to the floors only, so please pick up all loose personal items - shoes, clothing etc.
• During treatment, it is essential that rooms are vacated and well ventilated
• You should stay out of, and ensure pets do not get access to, treated areas until all surfaces are dry - about 3 hours
• Do not walk through treated rooms without shoes on

The technician who visits your home or business will do the following:

• Check attics & around the perimeter of building or home for possible entry points.
• Identify the droppings of what particular types of animals you may have in your house or office building.
• Seal up entry points
• Follow up on trapping and / or poisoning of animal
• Provides a 1 year warranty and depending on plan an annual inspection will be provided.

Please make sure that your dog food is in a metal container and that all trash is being picked up. 

Do not feed the squirrels corn as this will attract more rodents as they will travel in a 25 mile radius.

Make sure that all trees are trimmed away from home as rodents can jump anywhere from 2 feet to 10 feet.
